Provide in-home therapeutic support under clinician supervision to implement treatment plans for children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD. Coach families/caregivers, work toward therapy goals, document progress, and support clients' functioning at home and in the community.

Provide positive role modeling and therapeutic mentoring to children and youth with behavioral or social challenges. Teach and practice age-appropriate social, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills in home and community settings, supporting families and promoting skill generalization.

Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Support Specialists, manage direct care staff, develop and implement in-home treatment plans, carry a clinician caseload, ensure service delivery and case management quality for children, youth, and families.
