Supports the Director of Grants and Contracts with grant lifecycle administration, including funding research, proposal preparation and submission, records management, deadline tracking, reporting coordination, compliance, and post-award activities. Coordinates documentation, systems, timelines, and communications across college departments, faculty, staff, administrators, project directors, accountants, and external partners. Maintains accurate records, supports multiple projects and deadlines, and helps improve administrative workflows and efficiency.

Federal Work Study student positions for the 2026–27 academic year. Applicants must demonstrate financial need through FAFSA, be current Northeast students meeting satisfactory academic progress, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should be energetic, self-motivated, productive, trustworthy, and responsible. Most positions operate during daytime hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
