Supports day-to-day Business Office operations and may supervise in the Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include monitoring billing and collections, enforcing accounting controls, posting payments, preparing deposits, maintaining records for month-end close, distributing and entering accounts payable invoices, recording accruals, and meeting accounts receivable and payable deadlines.

Supports social services in a long-term care and rehabilitation nursing center by welcoming and admitting residents, completing psychosocial assessment and care-plan documentation, coordinating discharge planning, and helping ensure positive patient experiences. Works with the Social Services Manager and treatment teams during a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule.
