Serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling walk-in and phone inquiries, sales and work orders, payments, invoices, statements, and account reconciliation. Maintains propane and petroleum schedules, dispatches drivers, generates route reports, tracks fuel inventories, and performs accounts payable and receivable duties while keeping organized records.
