Coordinates university transfer pathways, articulation agreements, partner relationships, transfer resources, events, and grant-funded initiatives. Maintains transfer documentation, supports cross-functional collaboration with academic and enrollment teams, evaluates transfer data and outcomes, and recommends process improvements. The role also supports transfer audits, high school programming, student outreach, and development of a shared Transfer Center. This is an in-person position requiring a bachelor’s degree, relevant coordination experience, and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Provides first-contact advising and accessibility support for students through walk-in, phone, and virtual inquiries. Assesses needs, routes students to appropriate services, schedules appointments, supports accommodation intake, maintains confidential records, and assists with advising communications, workshops, reporting, and student-service initiatives. The role also tracks service data, manages shared resources, and occasionally supports regional campuses, events, evenings, or weekends.

Creates and manages video and photo content supporting college marketing, recruitment, public relations, social media, web, events, and advertising. Responsibilities include scripting, storyboarding, directing, filming, photography, editing, interviewing, asset management, production scheduling, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining multimedia equipment. The role requires visual storytelling, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, post-production knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
