Teams at Northbrook Park District

Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned school, camp, or youth recreation programs. Oversee and direct counselors and staff to ensure participant safety and engagement, plan and implement activities, track attendance, communicate with parents, maintain inventory and cleanliness, conduct staff evaluations and trainings, and follow district safety policies. Work split shifts with occasional weekends and holidays.

Manage and develop athletic and recreation programs (leagues, tournaments, camps, events); supervise and train part-time/seasonal staff and volunteers; schedule and oversee facilities; manage budgets, contracts, supplies, and vendor/contractor coordination; ensure safety, customer service, and program evaluation for growth.
