Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle for multiple business use cases, including data extraction, wrangling, feature engineering, statistical modeling, machine learning, evaluation, deployment, and change management. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, assess model fairness and risk, and integrate predictions into underwriting, claims, customer experience, and risk processes. Collaborate with IT Services to establish MLOps for batch and real-time prediction services.

Build and manage a commercial insurance portfolio by prospecting, generating new business, advising business owners, and developing long-term client relationships. The role involves collaborating with underwriting, claims, and loss prevention teams, regularly meeting clients and prospects, obtaining OTL and LLQP licenses, and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Provides administrative, event coordination, communications, reporting, and operational support to the Sales organization. Coordinates sales initiatives, meetings, corporate events, presentations, and executive communications while analyzing and presenting data. The role requires strong organization, business communication, Microsoft Office expertise, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. It supports sales effectiveness and operational excellence in a flexible hybrid environment.
