Lead the design, development, and deployment of production NLP and Generative AI solutions. Architect RAG pipelines, optimize transformer and LLM systems, build training and evaluation pipelines, and improve model quality, scalability, reliability, latency, and cost. Translate business needs into AI solutions, establish engineering best practices, collaborate across technical and product teams, and mentor engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native full-stack applications using React.js with Python and/or Node.js. Build backend services, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, AWS integrations, reusable frontend components, and WebSocket-based real-time features. Contribute to testing, code reviews, documentation, debugging, performance optimization, and technical collaboration while applying modern microservices, serverless, and CI/CD practices.

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of production NLP and Generative AI solutions. Architect RAG pipelines, LLM applications, model-training and inference systems, and evaluation frameworks. Optimize quality, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost while translating business needs into AI solutions. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, establish AI engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership across NLP initiatives.
