Lead the accounting function for a multi-location retail organization, overseeing financial close, reporting, general ledger, inventory accounting, cash management, payables, receivables, fixed assets, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. Partner with leadership and store operations, develop accounting staff, improve financial processes, monitor cash flow and controls, and ensure accurate, timely financial information. Periodic travel to company locations is required.
