Teams at North West Carrying Company (NWCC)

Oversee before-school, after-school, and vacation care programs for school-aged children. Supervise educators, maintain child safety, attendance, compliance, and documentation requirements, and support the implementation of differentiated educational programs. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, empathy, knowledge of relevant Australian education and care frameworks, and commitment to the College’s Christian ethos. Availability for afternoon, vacation care, and occasional relief shifts is required.

Lead a 3-4 year old preschool room (15 children/day): collaborate with educators, guide relief staff, contribute to planning and differentiated programs, ensure child safety and compliance, and support the College's Christian educational culture.
