Leads the complete missile and launch-system product lifecycle from architecture and requirements through design reviews, integration, qualification testing, manufacturing readiness, and production. Builds and manages systems engineering, verification, and integration teams; owns technical risk, configuration management, and documentation; and represents the product to government customers, end users, and partners.

Manage the company’s internal IT environment, including networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, user access, asset inventory, business systems, vendors, and employee support. Lead cybersecurity compliance under CPCSC, CGP, DSC, and CSP requirements; maintain patching, endpoint protection, backups, disaster recovery, policies, and audit documentation. Support incident response, vendor due diligence, IT procurement, AI server maintenance, and ongoing infrastructure improvements.

Leads federal and provincial government relations, lobbying, advocacy strategy, and stakeholder engagement for a Canadian defence technology company. Develops government engagement plans, advises executives on political and policy developments, manages external advisers, builds relationships with parliamentarians and public officials, and oversees lobbying registration and compliance. Requires substantial Ottawa government-relations experience, defence policy knowledge, strong executive briefing and advocacy skills, and eligibility for a Government of Canada Secret clearance.
