Builds and manages relationships with individual and corporate major donors to achieve fundraising goals. Identifies and qualifies prospects, develops and tracks donor cultivation strategies, solicits and stewards major gifts, acknowledges contributions, collaborates with philanthropy and marketing teams, supports donor events, and represents the organization through community speaking engagements.

Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits, leave, workers’ compensation, compliance reporting, surveys, performance reviews, employee records, and workforce analytics. Develop reports and dashboards, maintain job descriptions and policies, support engagement initiatives, improve processes, and provide responsive service to employees and leaders while safeguarding confidential information.

Plans and manages kitted-product production, coordinating inventory, equipment, labor, volunteers, forecasts, and production goals. Oversees raw-material availability, product movement, quality control, safety, cleaning procedures, process improvements, budgets, and weekly reporting. Leads four direct reports, manages performance and team objectives, maintains vendor relationships, and supports a positive work environment. The role requires warehouse equipment operation and occasional weekend or evening work.
