Coordinates regional workforce development programs serving youth, job seekers, employers, and emerging leaders. Responsibilities include managing youth and leadership initiatives, recruiting participants and employers, coordinating job fairs, maintaining workforce resources, supporting community partnerships, managing sponsorships, and collecting program data for grant and impact reporting.
