Cross-trained food & beverage team member supporting hosting, bussing, food running, barista, banquet setup, and event service. Maintains cleanliness, stocks supplies, assists staff, follows safety and service standards, and works evenings/weekends as needed.

Prepares, presents, and maintains the quality of cold food items for dining outlets, banquets, special events, and club operations. Responsibilities include salads, appetizers, sandwiches, canapés, displays, sauces, and charcuterie; coordinating production; following recipes and food safety procedures; maintaining sanitation, organization, inventory rotation, and proper storage; supporting dietary requests; and collaborating with culinary and service teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Oversee stewarding operations in a country club kitchen, including dishwashing, pot washing, sanitation, cleaning schedules, waste disposal, inventory, equipment handling, and event support. Lead and train staff, enforce safety and PPE procedures, maintain OSHA and health department compliance, coordinate with culinary teams, and support sustainability practices. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
