Coordinate and manage provider credentialing lifecycle (onboarding, enrollment, recredentialing, offboarding) across payers. Maintain CAQH/Modio/Mediary profiles, verify licensure/NPI/insurance, ensure payer compliance, resolve credentialing issues, support cross‑department communication, and improve credentialing processes to enable timely access and accurate reimbursement.

Provide peer-to-peer support for teens and young adults with first-episode psychosis using lived experience to coach, advocate, coordinate care, teach coping and daily living skills, run peer groups, promote medication awareness, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while collaborating with the clinical team.

Provide peer-to-peer behavioral health support in primary care clinics using lived experience to coach, assist with resources, advocate, run groups, complete screenings/assessments, coordinate care with clinical teams, and maintain accurate EHR documentation to support recovery and prevent crises.
