Coordinates daily operations for 24/7 crisis stabilization and acute treatment services. Partners with leadership on goals, quality, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and program development; coaches and supports staff; contributes to recruitment and training; builds community partnerships; and provides direct crisis response, therapeutic counseling, and case management to clients.

Provides peer-to-peer support to teens and young adults experiencing first-episode psychosis. Uses lived experience, coaching, and recovery-oriented practices to promote hope, resilience, wellness, and engagement. Coordinates with clinical teams, connects clients to benefits and community resources, supports daily living and crisis planning, leads peer groups, advocates across settings, and maintains accurate service documentation. The role requires empathy, personal recovery experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Colorado driver's license.
