Supports dietary and resident meal services by preparing, portioning, assembling, and delivering meals. Maintains food supplies using FIFO standards, cleans and sanitizes dishes and equipment, disposes of refuse, and follows recipes, food-safety procedures, and departmental schedules. Requires reliable attendance, teamwork, efficiency, and a commitment to cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

Provides direct resident nursing care, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, transcribes physician orders, documents assessments, participates in shift reports, supervises nurse aides, educates support staff, maintains infection-control and safety standards, and coordinates staffing coverage. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation abilities, effective communication, organization, emergency response, and attention to detail.
