Support MES-to-PLC integrations, configure and maintain MES/PLC communications, implement PLC tags/UDTs for MES transactions, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/network issues, maintain production data/reporting, support launches/upgrades, and collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize MES-driven manufacturing processes.

Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, define functional specifications, support MES architectures, estimate technical effort, manage scope/schedule, engage IT, plant teams and vendors, and travel to support projects and operational improvements.

Support MES-to-PLC integrations, configure MES-PLC communications, create and maintain PLC tags/logic and UDTs, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/network issues, ensure real-time production reporting accuracy, assist production launches/upgrades, and improve MES-driven manufacturing performance.
