Support MES-to-PLC integrations, configure and maintain MES/PLC communications, create and modify PLC logic and tags for MES transactions, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/industrial network issues, maintain production data and reporting, assist with production launches, audits, and continuous improvement for high-volume discrete manufacturing.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a federal website modernization and sustainment program: own schedule, scope, risk, and quality across discovery, design, build, migration, testing, go-live, and operations; serve as primary client interface; manage subcontractors and vendors; coordinate RMF/ATO security accreditation; ensure Section 508/WCAG accessibility compliance; produce status reporting; and maintain operational SLAs and documentation.

Lead design and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); gather requirements, perform gap and technical analysis, define architectures and functional specs, manage project scope and schedules, support integration/data management, and engage IT, plant teams, and vendors to deliver MES solutions.
