Teams at North Pacific Paper Company (NORPAC)

Lead feasibility, scoping, implementation and commissioning of capital and major maintenance projects. Perform mechanical and piping design, manage consultants, specify equipment, administer hazardous piping and pressure vessel inspections, apply problem-solving to improve process capability, and collaborate with operations and maintenance on safety, production, and quality issues.

Hands-on engineering internship at NORPAC Longview plant. Interns contribute to meaningful projects, learn manufacturing and paper-production concepts, follow individualized performance plans with mentorship, and develop technical, communication, and teamwork skills while meeting eligibility and safety requirements.
