Lead feasibility, planning, implementation and commissioning of capital and major maintenance engineering projects. Manage consultants and coordinate disciplines, perform basic mechanical and piping design, specify and procure equipment, administer hazardous piping and pressure vessel inspections, apply formal problem solving, and collaborate with operations and maintenance to resolve safety, production and quality issues.
