Provides counselling, assessment, crisis response, case management, family support, and group facilitation for children and youth with mental health challenges or developmental disabilities. Develops person-centered care plans, applies evidence-based clinical interventions, documents services, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and supports families and communities across the Thunder Bay District. The role requires culturally responsive, anti-oppressive practice, knowledge of child protection and privacy legislation, use of clinical technology, a valid driver’s licence, and travel across rural communities.

Provide person-centered assessment, counselling, crisis response, case management and group facilitation for children and youth. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, document client progress in electronic records, implement safety plans, liaise with community providers, and participate in program evaluation, supervision, and agency initiatives. Travel across the district and maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
