Welcomes callers, patients, and visitors while supporting a positive healthcare experience. Answers phones, schedules appointments, checks patients in and out, completes demographic information, verifies insurance, collects visit fees, and follows organizational policies and receptionist procedures.

Coordinates and monitors training for new and existing employees using electronic health and dental record systems. Provides follow-up training, evaluates workflows, identifies efficiency improvements, and collaborates with management to develop and revise standards, policies, and procedures. The role is based in Tallahassee, Florida, follows a weekday schedule, and requires travel to organizational sites.

Provides practical nursing care to clinic patients under provider and Center Manager supervision. Coordinates care with the healthcare team and community resources, maintains accurate electronic medical records, and follows EMR procedures. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position with typical 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. hours and no weekends.
