Manage and underwrite assigned commercial real estate and C&I loan portfolios. Monitor credit quality, perform financial and cash-flow analyses, evaluate property and collateral performance, prepare review and approval packages, support borrower relationships, structure lending transactions, and mentor junior staff while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Manage and analyze assigned commercial & industrial loan relationships, perform independent credit and cash flow analysis, monitor covenant compliance, prepare credit approval packages, support underwriting and structuring of C&I lending, and serve as primary borrower contact while supporting portfolio growth and mentoring junior staff.

Provide treasury and account management support to cannabis-related business customers: onboard and train clients on Shield platforms, prepare account analyses and proposals, coordinate with internal teams (BSA, Compliance, Operations), monitor relationships and risks, and drive deposit growth through consultative business development and excellent customer service.
