Lead and supervise daily AML/CFT operations, manage and review investigations and SAR recommendations, ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/FinCEN/OFAC), monitor team performance, support system enhancements and process improvements, and act as escalation point for complex cases while fostering staff development and quality assurance.

Provide treasury and account management support to cannabis-related business customers: onboard and train clients on Shield platforms, prepare account analyses and proposals, coordinate with internal teams (BSA, Compliance, Operations), monitor relationships and risks, and drive deposit growth through consultative business development and excellent customer service.

Originates and manages a portfolio of commercial & industrial loans ($1M-$10M), performs credit analysis and underwriting, prepares credit memos, monitors credit quality, cross-sells bank products, and ensures regulatory and policy compliance to meet production and portfolio growth goals.
