Teams at North East Medical Services (NEMS)

Provides direct and indirect nursing care to PACE participants, performs assessments, documents care in the EHR, administers medications and treatments, supports care coordination and transitions, participates in interdisciplinary care planning, provides health education, home visits, telehealth, and on-call support, and mentors clinical team members.

Lead and operate the enterprise IT PMO, govern a complex portfolio (infrastructure, EHR/Epic, AI), establish governance and reporting, supervise PMO staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure portfolio delivery on scope, schedule, and budget while aligning to organizational goals.

Manage day-to-day operations of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency: administer accreditation requirements, coordinate recruitment/interviews/orientation/graduation, maintain and analyze resident data and evaluations, support Program Director and faculty, serve as liaison to institutional/regulatory offices, and support educational programming and committee administration.
