Manage daily office operations, accounting (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations), maintain vehicle sales/service and DMV/title paperwork, supervise administrative staff, support customer and vendor communications, and produce reporting and scheduling for dealership management.

Sell and deliver Ford/CJDR vehicles while providing excellent customer service. Complete sales documentation, attend required sales and OEM product training, meet dealership and OEM CSI standards, and achieve consistent monthly vehicle sales and bonus targets.

Lead and coach the dealership sales team to meet monthly and annual targets; desk and structure deals to maximize profit; monitor CRM activity and follow-up; collaborate with F&I and other departments; manage inventory and merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.
