Seafood Processors perform high-volume production duties on seafood processing lines, including trimming fish, operating machinery, using knives and tools, and meeting production goals. The role requires teamwork, instruction-following, punctuality, and overnight shift availability. Employees must stand and walk for extended periods, lift 30–50 pounds, perform repetitive physical movements, and work in cold, wet, and dry environments. Monday–Friday availability and occasional weekends are required.

The role requires teamwork, instruction-following, punctuality, and physical stamina. Employees may stand or walk for up to 10 hours, lift 30–50 pounds, work in cold and wet conditions, and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, grasping, and fine manipulation. Weekend availability may be required.

Process and confirm overnight customer orders for the Food Service division: enter orders into NAV, troubleshoot order issues, coordinate with picking, shipping, and trucking, monitor inventory, communicate delivery details to sales and leadership, handle customer requests and discrepancies, and perform related administrative tasks to ensure accurate, timely shipments.
