Connects community members with essential services through intake, needs assessments, referrals, benefits applications, follow-up, and database documentation. Provides bilingual English/Spanish support, trauma-informed advocacy, community outreach, resource directory maintenance, partner training coordination, and administrative assistance. Maintains confidentiality, supports case management coordination, responds to callers and visitors, and participates in meetings, events, and special projects.

Oversee Vision Family Resource Center operations, grant-funded projects, budgets, reporting, compliance, and staff supervision. Coordinate project development, partner relationships, meetings, timelines, deliverables, data tracking, and continuous improvement. Serve as liaison to funders and community stakeholders, lead outreach and presentations, manage fiscal activities, and ensure culturally responsive communications. Bilingual English/Spanish communication and occasional travel are required.
