Provide high-level administrative and project support to the VP of Enrollment and Marketing: manage calendars, communications, travel, budgets, meetings, and confidential records; coordinate enrollment and marketing projects, website/content updates, vendor communications, event logistics, reporting, CRM and data tasks; liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support cross-functional initiatives to advance recruitment, retention, and marketing efforts.

Support athletic department and assigned sport by assisting coaches at practices and games, recruiting and retaining mission-aligned student‑athletes, managing logistics (travel, meals, transportation, lodging), handling administrative duties (compliance, academics, fundraising, events), promoting program marketing and social media, mentoring athletes' spiritual and personal growth, and ensuring adherence to NCAA and university policies.
