Lead and coordinate public involvement for transportation projects: plan and conduct outreach, prepare public materials, advise DOT units on collecting and using public input, explain project needs and design details to affected communities, and support procedural or legislative outreach requirements.

Provide strategic, programmatic, and operational leadership across the Division. Support project/program management, digital delivery, workflow improvement, training, communications, change management, performance tracking, and event planning. Work autonomously to advance Division priorities and coordinate teams, stakeholders, and knowledge-sharing to improve project delivery and organizational readiness.

Probation/Parole Officers supervise offenders, conduct assessments, manage cases, ensure compliance, and maintain professional relationships with law enforcement and court personnel. They are required to carry firearms and respond to crises.
