The role develops architecture standards, guides implementation, supports governance reviews, and collaborates with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, application, vendor, and agency teams.

Supports statewide early education initiatives for preschool through grade 3, focusing on early literacy, mathematics, and social-emotional development. Provides technical assistance, systems-level coaching, professional development, resource development, data collection, implementation monitoring, and policy support to charter, lab, residential, regional, and district school systems. Helps align programs with Read to Achieve, early learning standards, formative assessment, evidence-informed practices, and preschool-to-kindergarten transitions.
