Develops and maintains software-based test systems to verify product functionality and performance. Responsibilities include creating test software in C#, C++, and C; using GPIB, Ethernet, serial, TTL, and military communication protocols; troubleshooting test issues; collaborating on test plans; and documenting results and improvements. The role supports quality assurance for embedded electronic products used in military, aerospace, and industrial markets.

Supports sustaining engineering for high-reliability analog and mixed-signal electronic systems used in aerospace and defense. Responsibilities include troubleshooting legacy and production hardware, resolving synchro/resolver interface issues, conducting root cause analysis, designing and validating analog circuits, updating schematics and BOMs, qualifying replacement components, debugging PCB assemblies, supporting production, and driving reliability, manufacturability, and cost improvements.

Supports mechanical design for rugged electronic products, including drawing updates, engineering change documentation, design detailing, thermal and vibration analysis, fixture and tooling design, manufacturability evaluations, and project documentation. The internship provides hands-on experience with high-reliability systems and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
