Manages regional sales operations, goals, forecasting, representative performance, customer relationships, quotes, product training, and technical support. Develops new business opportunities, monitors market and competitor activity, coaches sales representatives, and supports opportunity closure. The role requires maintaining knowledge of NAI product lines, achieving revenue targets, and visiting customers and representatives in the field at least 25% of the time.

Supports production engineering for high-reliability electronic products by designing tooling and fixtures, improving manufacturability and quality, implementing engineering changes, troubleshooting mechanical issues, operating 3D printers, developing work instructions, and optimizing production throughput, scrap, and first-pass yield. Collaborates with manufacturing, production, quality, and design engineering teams.

Assists with developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining web applications, APIs, databases, and software documentation. Writes C# and JavaScript code under senior engineer guidance, supports reporting and troubleshooting, collaborates on project requirements and timelines, and learns new tools and technologies. The internship runs full-time from approximately September through December 2026.
