Manage privileging, reappointments, and cross-privileging for locum physicians and CRNAs. Maintain privileging database, run status and exception reports, produce monthly and ad-hoc reports, coordinate with onboarding and medical staff offices, and support administrative projects and virtual meetings.

Provide full-scope nurse anesthesia care including pre-anesthesia assessment, informed consent verification, induction, maintenance, emergence, physiologic monitoring, and interventions across general, ortho, cardiac, OB, and other cases.

Lead regional anesthesia operations across hospitals, ASCs, and office-based sites. Drive client relationships, financial and clinical performance, budgets, talent and operational strategies, business development, M&A onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives to improve EBITDA, quality, and retention. Act as regional representative and collaborate closely with clinical leadership and internal departments.
