Coordinate locums provider onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, timekeeping, billing, payroll, and compliance activities. Validate provider hours, shifts, locations, contracts, invoices, and QGenda records while resolving discrepancies and supporting accurate payroll processing. Collaborate across Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, Finance, and agency partners to ensure providers are prepared for work and operational records meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Leads the Provider Contracting Department, supervising Contracting Specialists and overseeing contract quality, consistency, workflows, and performance. Drafts, reviews, revises, and supports negotiation of complex provider, employee, and contractor agreements. Evaluates non-standard terms and contractual risks, coordinates escalation with Legal and other functions, maintains contract records in CONGA, develops templates and procedures, manages workloads, and reports departmental metrics to leadership.

Owns operational, financial, clinical, and client relationship health across assigned healthcare markets. Manages client engagement cadence, resolves operational issues, supports clinician recruitment and onboarding, monitors staffing and financial performance, prepares executive briefings, and identifies expansion opportunities. The role partners with clinical, operational, HR, recruiting, billing, scheduling, and client success teams while providing capacity relief to regional leadership. Frequent travel supports meaningful engagement with clients and clinicians across assigned markets.
