Cultivate and manage relationships with 80–150 current and prospective donors across Florida and Puerto Rico. Build major-gift pipelines, identify prospects, solicit outright and planned gifts, prepare fundraising materials, maintain Raiser's Edge records, and steward donors. The role also develops donor strategies, networks with foundation and corporate giving partners, and requires approximately 60–70 travel days annually.

Lead strategic administration of benefits for domestic and international employees, ensuring compliance (US, Puerto Rico, Canada). Manage healthcare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs; coordinate with brokers and vendors; resolve complex benefit issues; administer enrollments, open enrollment, terminations, and deductions; support benefits projects and HRIS process improvements; provide training and communications.
