Lead strategic administration of benefits for domestic and international employees, ensuring compliance (US, Puerto Rico, Canada). Manage healthcare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs; coordinate with brokers and vendors; resolve complex benefit issues; administer enrollments, open enrollment, terminations, and deductions; support benefits projects and HRIS process improvements; provide training and communications.

Partner with regional Send Network staff to mobilize churches for Spanish-speaking church planting: recruit, equip, assess, and care for planters; cultivate relationships; coach churches toward multiplication; implement the Send Network planter pathway; catalyze a minimum of four new church plants annually; shepherd existing churches and support pipeline development within the Northeast region.
