Designs digital products and applications across web, iOS, and Android. Translates complex requirements into workflows, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys, particularly for payment products. Conducts research, develops design systems, supports AI-enabled experiences, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Owns large-scale initiatives, presents designs to leadership, contributes UX copy, and supports implementation and QA.

Generates new business for payment processing and merchant services through self-sourced prospecting, high-volume cold calling, relationship development, market research, and pipeline management. The representative uses Salesforce, communicates merchant rates and terms transparently, applies closing techniques, submits and closes deals, and meets or exceeds sales quotas. The role requires outbound sales experience, preferably selling payment processing or similar FinTech products.

Owns the customer lifecycle from lead acquisition through renewal and expansion. Designs and optimizes email, in-app, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns; manages HubSpot segmentation, workflows, and lifecycle stages; builds nurture programs; tracks activation, retention, and expansion metrics; troubleshoots data issues; runs A/B tests; and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Content, Design, and Product.
