Drive adoption of payment APIs by managing API specifications, creating technical documentation, tutorials, sample applications, and video content. Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and workshops; engage with developers; advocate for customer needs; and relay community feedback to product and engineering teams. The role also gathers technical requirements and collaborates across engineering, sales, marketing, and support to improve developer success, customer satisfaction, and revenue outcomes.

Architect and operate North’s AWS and multi-cloud infrastructure, establishing IaC, CI/CD, security, observability, and disaster-recovery standards. Build AIOps capabilities including anomaly detection, predictive scaling, self-healing remediation, AI-assisted tooling, and cloud cost optimization. Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Product Engineering, and InfoSec teams to deliver resilient, compliant, highly scalable platforms.

Identify, analyze, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities across cloud, container, data center, network, and endpoint environments using Wiz and Tenable. Partner with engineering, IT, cloud infrastructure, and operations teams to advocate remediation, monitor SLAs, report risk metrics, support PCI-DSS audits, and improve vulnerability management processes and automation.
