Own and operate PayTrace's multi-platform database environment: provision, configure, patch, monitor, tune, and recover databases. Lead modernization from MS SQL to AWS RDS, support HA/DR and multi-region active-active, automate administration and data pipelines to Snowflake, assist developers with query tuning, and provide technical guidance and documentation. Be available for production incident response.

Provide in-house legal counsel on product, AI, data privacy, cybersecurity and technology compliance. Advise executives and business teams, design privacy and data governance programs, analyze emerging AI/privacy/cyber rules, support product development and contracts, and partner cross-functionally to implement scalable compliance and risk-management processes.
