Lead development and execution of NPA Ukraine communication strategy, produce digital media (photo/video/written), manage PR and social channels, amplify field impact stories, coordinate media visits, analyze outreach, and support fundraising and stakeholder engagement across programs.

Support logistics operations including coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory and fleet records, assisting procurement (quotes, POs, files), participating in stock counts, updating ERP and SharePoint trackers, and compiling monthly logistics reports while ensuring compliance with donor and NPA policies.

The Finance Admin Assistant is responsible for managing financial documentation, performing reconciliations, tracking expenses, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures. Additionally, they handle HR functions, maintain filing systems, assist in travel logistics, and manage office supplies.

Provide safeguarding expertise and guidance to reduce risks to staff, beneficiaries and partners. Lead incident response, risk analysis, training, referrals and coordination with HR and partners. Support compliance with safeguarding, PSEA and Ukrainian NGO legislation, deliver survivor-centred responses and build safeguarding capacity across programs.

Lead development and maintenance of MEAL and information management systems for Ukraine DHC programme. Manage digital data collection (Survey123, ActivityInfo), ensure data quality, build Power BI/ArcGIS dashboards, analyse and visualise data for decision-making, support partners through training and mentoring, and produce monitoring reports and learning products aligned with donor and NPA standards.

The Accounting Officer will maintain statutory accounting records, ensure compliance with local legislation, prepare financial statements, and support audits and internal controls in Ukraine.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for NPA's Sudan and Horn of Africa portfolio, driving programme growth, fundraising, partnership strengthening, quality, compliance and regional expansion while managing remote, high-risk operations and leading regional teams.
