Designs and develops enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, workflow automation, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions. Leads scalable and secure architecture, evaluates emerging technologies, maintains integration standards, and ensures application reliability. Serves as a technical escalation point while mentoring developers through code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Collaborates with business leaders, architects, and technical teams on complex enterprise initiatives.

Coordinates project deliverables, schedules, document control, milestone documentation, shop drawings, RFIs, payment certificates, meeting minutes, and action-item follow-up. Communicates with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams while ensuring project documents meet deliverable and company standards. Requires familiarity with architectural and engineering consulting, strong written and verbal communication, advanced document and presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, relevant architecture or engineering education, and 2–4 years of project experience.

Leads delivery of large-scale electrical engineering projects from pursuit through completion, providing executive oversight of performance, quality, contracts, and risk. Partners across the organization to improve project governance and delivery standards, supports strategic pursuits, manages client relationships, and mentors project and technical leaders. Requires extensive experience in project, client, strategic, and business development within architecture and engineering environments.
