The role requires flexible part-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with 10–20 hours weekly and up to 30 hours during peak periods.

Keyholders at The Normal Brand lead teams to maximize sales, ensure a clean environment, and provide excellent customer service while supporting management.
