Provide high-impact support to up to four Partners, managing complex calendars, communications triage, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, office operations, drafting/editing communications, handling confidential information, and identifying process improvements to increase executive effectiveness.

Client-facing lawyer who maps legal workflows and designs AI-enabled solutions. Manage business development pipeline, draft proposals, run demos and proofs-of-concept, create collateral and prototypes, and translate client needs into product and automation priorities while partnering cross-functionally to improve Norm Ai and Norm Law offerings.

Work on private equity transactions using AI agents to streamline drafting, diligence, and deal execution. Draft and review offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings; perform rapid AI-assisted due diligence and prepare client memos; manage signing and closing workflows; advise clients on AI-augmented processes; and collaborate with partners and technology teams to improve deal efficiency.
