Manage and enhance HR systems, primarily Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Paradox. Responsibilities include configuring HR modules, supporting updates and testing, troubleshooting issues, auditing data, performing mass uploads, optimizing workflows, monitoring case resolution, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders while maintaining system stability, data integrity, compliance, and employee experience.

Leads end-to-end third-party publisher and media partnership strategy, including annual planning, partner negotiations, budget allocation, print media execution, content oversight, performance reporting, and executive presentations. The role manages agencies and external partners, identifies cross-channel opportunities, supports internal marketing alignment, and optimizes partnerships based on business objectives and ROI.

Serves as the primary finance partner to Technology and Product senior leaders, leading forecasting, financial planning, performance reporting, business reviews, scenario analysis, and investment cases. Provides actionable insights on P&L trends, risks, and opportunities while partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Procurement. Owns financial assumptions and narratives, strengthens governance, and improves forecasting processes and automation across supported portfolios.
