Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, present concepts to executives, support editorial and content strategy, leverage AI tools for efficiency, and ensure work connects with customers and drives business results.

Lead engineering teams that deliver and operate Workday HCM, Cornerstone, and integration platforms. Set technical direction, hire and develop staff, drive AI-augmented automation, govern integrations and middleware (Kafka, REST/SOAP, API management), ensure operational excellence and SLAs, partner with HR/Legal/Finance stakeholders, and manage multi-workstream DevOps delivery and incident response.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, near-real-time data pipelines and analytical solutions in the cloud. Develop distributed processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark), dbt models, CI/CD and testing, monitor production, optimize data performance and quality, and collaborate with product, analysts, and data science stakeholders.
