Manages moderately complex workers’ compensation claims across multiple states, including investigations, benefit determinations, medical treatment and billing reviews, reserves, recoveries, statutory filings, litigation support, and settlement negotiations. Ensures compliance with workers’ compensation laws, coordinates with medical providers and outside counsel, supports return-to-work efforts, and maintains accurate claim documentation and payments.

Manage and enhance HR systems, primarily Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Paradox. Responsibilities include configuring HR modules, supporting updates and testing, troubleshooting issues, auditing data, performing mass uploads, optimizing workflows, monitoring case resolution, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. The role collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders while maintaining system stability, data integrity, compliance, and employee experience.

Owns Nordstrom Rack’s end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple platforms, including editorial planning, content strategy, performance creative, trend development, KPI ownership, and platform innovation. Partners with Brand, Media, PR, Site, Search, Merchandising, Marketing, Influencer, and agency teams to deliver high-volume content and achieve growth, engagement, share-of-voice, and brand-health goals. Leads teams and scales social programs across a large enterprise retail portfolio.
