Develops and manages technical apparel specifications for women's sweaters and knits from design through production. Creates tech packs, evaluates samples, leads fit sessions, communicates corrections to suppliers, conducts wear tests, and ensures quality and brand standards. Collaborates with designers, pattern engineers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to meet development milestones, improve processes, analyze customer and market feedback, and mentor new technical designers.
