Lead HR technology programs to enable Workday scheduling and labor optimization, evaluate and enable AI across HR, manage cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, own intake/prioritization and roadmaps, define requirements and UAT, and deliver complex SaaS initiatives to improve employee experience.
