Responsibilities include troubleshooting coredumps, metrics, OTA, and logging; delivering demos and workshops; supporting sales and customer success; and contributing customer insights, documentation, tests, and SDK improvements.

Build and scale the nRF Cloud backend platform supporting millions of IoT devices. Design, ship, monitor, and operate production systems across infrastructure, databases, performance, reliability, and security. Responsibilities include writing production code, managing Kubernetes and AWS workloads, improving observability, responding to incidents, leading postmortems, documenting technical decisions, and partnering with Product, SDK, Field Engineering, and Support.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding for nRF Cloud, managing implementation projects from kickoff through production rollout. Establish scope, milestones, timelines, and success criteria; align customer stakeholders and technical teams; identify and escalate risks; lead technical workshops and enablement; and improve onboarding processes. The role requires strong project management, technical fluency in firmware and embedded systems, and the ability to create momentum across engineering and executive audiences.
