Provides consulting and leadership for Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims projects. Responsibilities include system configuration, claims workflow optimization, build, testing, troubleshooting, denial and remittance resolution, reimbursement process support, documentation, go-live assistance, stakeholder meetings, and mentoring client and Nordic teams.

Provides expert Epic Hospital Billing application design, build, testing, troubleshooting, and customer support for healthcare clients. Manages complex engagements, analyzes workflows and integrations, documents configurations, supports upgrades and change management, maintains SLAs, and mentors team members. Requires active Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification, strong technical and communication skills, customer service experience, and availability for on-call rotations and limited travel.

Provides expert Epic Radiant EHR design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and customer support for complex healthcare clients. Manages issues, projects, documentation, change control, SLAs, and customer relationships while mentoring team members and guiding workflow improvements. Requires active Epic Radiant certification, strong technical and communication skills, customer service experience, and availability for on-call rotations and up to 10% travel.
