The Flight Test Engineer is responsible for planning and executing flight tests for UAS platforms, developing test plans, operating GCS and DAQ systems, and analyzing flight data.

Provide close executive support to the CTO by managing calendars, meetings, travel, inboxes, documentation, follow-ups, and priorities. Coordinate team activities, workshops, events, administrative projects, and organizational processes. Own employee onboarding in partnership with HR and IT, ensuring equipment, access, introductions, and stakeholder coordination are completed. Handle confidential information and help establish efficient ways of working in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Develop and test perception and autonomy methods for counter-UAS systems, implement solutions in a software platform, and optimize reliable, deterministic performance on constrained targets. The role includes profiling, debugging, architecture discussions, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with controls, avionics, mechanical, and perception teams.

Coordinate day-to-day Creative team operations, track projects, deadlines and dependencies, manage meetings and follow-ups, conduct logistical and production research, support budgeting and supplier management, maintain processes and documentation, and provide hands-on production support on location when required.

Provide hands-on IT support across offices, production, and flight-test operations. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and peripherals; manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, licenses, identity systems, email, telephony, and collaboration tools. Maintain endpoint and information security, enforce access controls, and assist incident handling to ensure secure, reliable day-to-day IT operations.
