Support project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout: bid management, quantity takeoffs, submittor coordination, RFIs, QA/QC tracking, scheduling, change order pricing, invoice/timesheet coding, OAC agendas, BIM coordination, and project closeout deliverables.

Lead commercial and high-end residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. Duties include subcontractor bidding, quantity takeoffs, scope preparation, RFIs, submittal review, QA/QC tracking, estimating, scheduling, change order pricing, invoice and timesheet coding, document control, BIM coordination, OAC agendas, and project closeout activities. Work onsite at office and jobsites and collaborate with architects, clients, field staff, and subcontractors.
