NORCAL Ambulance Benefits Overview

Supports the Culture Manager with internal communications, digital and physical content creation, outreach and scholarship campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, event coordination, store order fulfillment, mailings, photography, and video production. The role also involves visiting stations, communicating organizational updates, coordinating administrative projects, and managing tasks through completion. Some nights, weekends, and regional travel may be required.

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, maintain job postings and descriptions, prepare offers and updates, engage candidates, work with agencies, and perform administrative recruiting duties while representing company values.

The Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, conduct investigations, oversee HR administration, develop training, and maintain documentation of HR metrics at NORCAL Ambulance.
