Supports end-to-end implementation of healthcare program launches across messaging, IVR, and operational platforms. Responsibilities include configuring campaigns and journey logic, building IVR and onboarding flows, monitoring data pipelines, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting migrations, and maintaining product documentation. The role coordinates medical, film, translation, engineering, research, and delivery teams to ensure launches are tested, reliable, and delivered on schedule.

Designs and strengthens behavior change interventions within public health programs in India. Applies behavioral science to identify barriers, motivations, social norms, and system factors; conducts qualitative and mixed-method research; translates insights into interventions, content, tools, and delivery models; and supports prototyping, testing, evaluation, and iteration. Collaborates with medical, design, research, content, and implementation teams to embed measurable behavioral outcomes into scalable government health programs.

Manage end-to-end Care Companion Program operations across partner hospitals in Dhaka Division. Coordinate government and hospital stakeholders, monitor quantitative and qualitative program performance, conduct class quality audits, support trainer-of-trainer activities, coordinate booster training logistics, and gather feedback for program and content improvements. The role is highly field-based, requiring extensive travel and communication in Bangla and English.
