Design, build, and own highly scalable, low-latency backend systems for a high-traffic EdTech platform. Implement multi-tier distributed applications, work with relational and NoSQL datastores, messaging/streaming systems, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high code quality and system availability.

Lead Android development: define architecture and patterns, prototype and build production-quality Android apps at scale, improve mobile performance and availability, work in agile/scrum, mentor and lead teams, and occasionally support non-mobile platform tasks.
