The Accounts Receivable Analyst manages billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, AR reconciliations, disputes, credit adjustments, and aging schedules. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve payment issues, improve billing workflows, maintain documentation, support audits, and develop scalable reporting and revenue operations processes. It requires flexibility across Central European and Pacific time zones.

Own Nooks’ end-to-end procurement function, including intake, approvals, vendor onboarding, negotiations, renewals, spend visibility, forecasting, and savings tracking. Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Compliance, executives, and budget owners to optimize SaaS, AI, infrastructure, and data-product spending. Build scalable procurement policies, processes, tools, and automation while serving as the internal expert on vendor relationships, usage, performance, and ROI.

Coordinate candidate interviews, schedules, calendars, and onsite hosting for San Francisco and Seattle offices. Support a high-quality candidate experience, recruiting programs, and office events such as team-building activities, celebrations, and company meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion while collaborating with recruiting operations and internal stakeholders.
