Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major AI sales-platform product area. Partner with engineering and design leadership, use customer insights and data to identify automation and revenue opportunities, drive complex initiatives, and communicate product vision and outcomes across the organization.

Staff Product Designer responsible for defining the Agent Workspace design direction, creating human-agent interaction patterns, and unifying multiple AI sales products. The role involves end-to-end product design and front-end implementation in React and TypeScript, customer research, AI feature design, design systems, critique leadership, and mentoring. The designer will work closely with product, engineering, customers, and the head of design to ship and iterate on complex, high-frequency B2B tools.

Own the company KPI framework, dashboards, unit economics, and operating cadence. Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders on growth strategy, capital allocation, GTM efficiency, scenario planning, pricing, commissions, fundraising, board materials, and investor diligence. Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to turn variance analysis into decisions and execute high-impact strategic initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS and AI environment.
