Build and maintain a scalable marketing operations foundation: automate campaigns, lead management, attribution, and reporting. Improve data quality, routing, enrichment, and monitoring. Partner across Demand Gen, RevOps, Sales, Data, and Product Marketing to design resilient, observable GTM systems and evaluate AI tools to automate operations and drive measurement.

Lead and scale Nooks' Growth Marketing function: develop acquisition strategy, own digital channels and performance, build experimentation frameworks, implement growth systems and attribution, partner with GTM teams, and hire and coach a high-performing growth team to drive pipeline and revenue.
