It requires sales-domain expertise, experience with sales engagement platforms, strong communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Leads a mid-market SDR team by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing performance. Aligns SDR and AE messaging, builds outbound sequences, analyzes data and process bottlenecks, supports target-account development, and partners with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to improve prospecting strategy and product value.

Execute and refine the commercial sales process from prospecting through closing. Run discovery calls, align stakeholders, source pipeline, close and expand accounts, evangelize the product, establish inbound lead requirements, and maintain sales pipeline visibility. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing while using data to improve sales strategy and performance.
