Build evaluation frameworks, monitor production performance with Langfuse, conduct adversarial testing, maintain reusable prompt components, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, learning designers, faculty, and university stakeholders. Support RAG workflows, multimodal and voice agents, LMS integrations, and prompt automation using basic JavaScript and Python.

Drives growth by acquiring university and employer partners, cultivating leads, managing full sales cycles, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. Develops go-to-market strategies, target account lists, pricing and product-market positioning, and financially viable partnership structures. The role also leads cross-functional initiatives, supports strategic business-line development, monitors industry trends, and manages executive-level stakeholder relationships. Travel is required for partner meetings and industry events.
