Leads Mamatoto Village’s integrated fundraising function across individual, major-gift, institutional, foundation, and campaign giving. Manages a three-person development team and contracted grant-writing firm, oversees major donor and foundation relationships, tracks revenue pipelines and CRM data, directs appeals and donor communications, supports CEO and Board fundraising, and builds readiness for a future capital campaign.

Leads organization-wide measurement, evaluation, and applied research initiatives. Designs research plans, evaluation strategies, data collection systems, indicators, and reporting approaches; analyzes quantitative and qualitative data; and translates findings into actionable insights. Oversees consultants, academic partners, vendors, and small teams while ensuring methodological rigor, ethical data practices, privacy, and quality assurance. Builds measurement capacity among staff and community partners, centers resident voice, and communicates impact through reports, dashboards, presentations, learning sessions, and stakeholder engagement.

Provides comprehensive executive support to the President and CEO, including calendar and travel management, correspondence, confidential information handling, board and senior management coordination, meeting minutes, donor communications, special projects, and personal office logistics. Serves as a liaison to board members, staff, donors, and external partners while exercising discretion, sound judgment, and proactive prioritization in a fast-paced onsite environment.
