Manage daily DC office operations, including supplies, facilities, vendors, security coordination, A/V support, visitor access, and shared-space readiness. Plan office events and onboarding logistics, provide hospitality-focused employee support, maintain operational documentation, and build scalable systems for requests, maintenance, and inventory. Coordinate repairs, office improvements, catering, signage, and workspace setup while proactively resolving issues and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Support the Growth Enablement team by managing sales content, learning platforms, and program logistics. Curate and QA enablement content, build and maintain the internal sales hub, run onboarding bootcamps, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain enablement calendars to improve seller productivity and training outcomes.

The Deployment Systems Engineer will deploy and monitor infrastructure for advanced hardware systems, manage projects, and innovate in air-gapped environments.
