Help build the Customer Success function, including KPIs, health scoring, tooling, and scalable processes.

Sales Engineer responsible for leading technical discovery, scoping and delivering customized demos and proofs of concept for finance teams. The role requires understanding accounting workflows, building AI agents on prospect data, addressing technical and security objections, creating reusable sales assets, and translating customer feedback into product improvements. Candidates need finance or accounting expertise, customer-facing SE experience with ERP or FP&A platforms, strong SQL and Excel skills, and hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools.
