Lead hands-on backend and infrastructure engineering initiatives spanning architecture, data pipelines, event-driven systems, generative AI workflows, deployment, testing, and production support. The role owns complex technical problems end to end, evaluates technologies, improves scalability and reliability, and collaborates directly with founders, customers, onboarding, and customer success teams.
